How do I cancel my subscription?
In the dropdown menu under your name, go to My Account and click on Subscriptions. Choose the subscription to be cancelled from the list, then click on Cancel.
How do I change my subscription?
In the dropdown menu under your name, go to the "My Account" page and click on "My Subscriptions". Choose the subscription to be cancelled from the list and click on "Change Subscription". Then simply choose a new subscription from the list and click on "Switch Subscription".
How do I update my card details?
In the dropdown menu under your name, go to the "My Account" page and click on "My Subscriptions". Now, click on "Change payment". Then simply click on "Change payment method" to enter your new card details.
Can I buy a weather station from Cape Kiting?
Unfortunately we don't currently sell weather stations.
What weather stations are used by Cape Kiting?
Cape Kiting's weather stations are exposed to very harsh conditions. Most comercially available weather stations can't withstand these conditions and therefore it was necessary to design and build our own weather stations that are up to the task.
Who installs and maintains the weather stations?
All stations listed on the website are owned, installed and maintained by Cape Kiting. This way we can ensure that all stations are installed in optimal locations and have an excellent uptime.
